General Information

Aim of the Program

The Department of Radio, TV and Cinema aim to train competent and well-equipped graduates who can work in many professions such as directors, producers, cameramen, cinematographers, film editors, presenters, reporters, photographers, scriptwriter and copywriters in the public and private sectors, with a teaching program that combines theory and practice.  

Target of the Program

To train graduates with high level of communication skills, technical knowledge and skills, working within the team and taking responsibility, has gained many competencies in communication and social sciences, knows national and international broadcasting policies, rational, analytical and critical thinking structure.

Career Opportunities

Graduates of Radio, Television and Cinema Department, have many job opportunities both in front of and behind the camera and in the fields of radio-television broadcasting and cinema production as a result of the theoretical and practical training they receive. Department of Radio, Television and Cinema is an interdisciplinary department and our graduates have various job opportunities such as director, producer, cameraman, journalist, editor, server, photographer, script, advertisement and copywriter, reporter and voice producer in the relevant sectors of public and private organizations. In addition, students who wish to continue their education academically and to take steps towards internationalization can continue their lives as a successful communication scientist by planning their careers accordingly.

Working Places

They can work in many private and public radio-television organization and national and international organization as a producer, director, cameraman,  announcer, Photographer, Scriptwriter, advertiser, investigator journalist, film producer and director. At the same time, they can work as a research assistant and academic person.
