OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to examine flight rules, flight certification based on ICAO standards, airspace rules and procedures.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include subjects such as Air Traffic Control Service, Transfer of responsibility for control, Flight Information Service (FIS), Operational flight information service, Identification of RNP Types and Standard Departure and Arrival, Principles for Defining ATS Routes Outside Ways, Visual Flight Rules, Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) and Simulations, Registration Marks, Registration Certificate and Aircraft Classification, Airworthiness Certificate and Temporary Loss of Airworthiness, Instruments and Equipment, Operation Restrictions and Information, Airspace Law, General Aviation Rules and Procedures.

Identify the concepts related to Air law.
Explain the rules of air traffic control service, operational flight procedures and airworthiness.
