OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to give the ability to interpret the knowledge learned by explaining the General Provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098.
Contents of the Course Unit: The subjects such as; obligation, sources of obligation, legal transactions (especially agreements), civil wrong, unjust enrichment shall be studied within the scope of this course, by handling old TCO (Turkish Code of Obligations) and Judicial decisions.

Know the provisions of TCO No. 6098.
Classify solution-oriented provisions of the code.
Describe the legal institutions such as Representation, Civil wrong and unjust enrichment.
Example other areas of private law with what he/she learned in this course.
Relate what he/she learned with concrete cases.
Summarize the scope of agreement and agreement types.
