OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
This course aims to explain the fundamentals of cloud computing technologies within the framework of business and technology perspectives. It aims to introduce the concepts and components necessary for the establishment of a cloud computing environment. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
Contents of the course include the subjects such as basics of cloud computing, importance of cloud computing, advantages of cloud computing, elements of cloud computing, technical basis of cloud computing, data management in the cloud, standards, management and security of cloud services, virtualisation, service-based architecture, management of the cloud environment. Concepts such as SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and IdaaS and introduction of service providers for these concepts. |
