OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
The aim of the course; explaining the change management techniques, discussing the case studies in which these techniques are applied in the classroom environment, and improving the knowledge and skills and ensuring the permanence of learning by analyzing the students' own case studies. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
Contents of the course include the subjects such as theoretical basis, purpose, scope, elements and intervention techniques of change management and business life examples. |
