OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to understand all the procedures to be done for the passengers at the airport.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include the subjects such as all procedures, terms and behaviours related to passenger services.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Identify the terms related to passenger services.
Explain the content and functions of documents used in passenger services.
Identify the third party organisations and service relations at the airport at basic level.
Summarize passenger entrance and exit procedures to the airport and the plane; and problem solving, information giving, orientation techniques.
