Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to give the ability to interpret the knowledge learned by explaining the General Provisions of the Turkish Code of Commerce No. 6102. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the Course Unit Within the scope of the course, the issues of commercial enterprise law, company law and the basic concepts of law of negotiation will be discussed by comparing with the former TCC and Judicial decisions. |
