OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to train professionally qualified personnel who has the purpose to work in aviation industry in order to carry out all representation surveillance and management functions at the professional level, having a good command of theoretical and practical management skills, and demonstrating leadership style for the service.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include subjects such as teaching all the management techniques related to airline management surveillance inspection functions such as load, location, flight, inspection, surveillance departments and sub-units of these sections.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Evaluate the management, inspection functions, leadership style for the service.
Identify basic concepts on Representation, Surveillance and Inspection.
Evaluate Representation, surveillance and Inspection Processes.
Formulate Passenger motion scenarios and the process of flow between passenger load and airplane.
