OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to provide students with information about the concept of competition and decision processes related to international competition strategies.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of this course includes the Concept of International Strategy, Stages of the Strategic Management Process, Concept of Competition and External Environment Analysis, Internal Environment Analysis and Core Competencies, Core Competencies in Strategy, Definition of Vision and Mission Concepts, SWOT Analysis, Selection of Competitive Strategies, Generic Strategies, Growth Strategies. .
