OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Objective of the course is to help students gain the knowledge and skills on the concept of bank and insurance, the transactions to be made by banks, the legal nature of deposit accounts, credit agreements, banks' saving transactions, letter of credit transactions as a method of payment and how these transactions will be carried out, the entire structure and organs of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency established to supervise the activities of banks
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include; Fundamentals of banks' establishment, types, management, work, transfer, merger, liquidation and supervision, definition of insurance contract, establishment and initiation of protection, parties and related parties of insurance contract, insured, beneficiaries, benefits and risks in insurance contract, compensation principle, over insurance, under insurance, partial insurance, joint insurance, double insurance

Define the basic terms of bank and insurance law transactions
Define he legal aspect of banking transactions
Interpret the rights and obligations of insurance companies and to the insured
