Objectives and Contents

Objectives: The aim of this course is to provide students with a variety of skills and techniques, including applications for the preparation of basic baked goods used in food business.
Content: In the course, various doughs, breads, desserts with flour in the structure, dough and various recipes prepared with these doughs are emphasized. Breads and bakery products produced in different countries of the world are applied with detailed recipes.
