AMAÇ VE İÇERİK |
Amaç: |
This course aims to enable students to know the basic concepts of human resources management and understand the importance of effective use of human resources. |
İçerik: |
Contents of the course include the subjects such as job definition and analyses in human resources units; job evaluation; worker finding, selection and measurement techniques; interview techniques; performance evaluation system and wage management; industrial relations; detailed information and studies on integrating information technologies into the HR process. |

Define the general concepts in Human Resources and the historical development of human resources. |

Define how the performance management system is formed. |
Summarize the subjects of human resources management. |
