AMAÇ VE İÇERİK
Amaç:	This course aims to introduce concepts related with international business and give a global point of view regarding the management of international companies.
İçerik:	Contents of the course include definition and scope of international business, international market penetration, the process of turning into an international institution, organizational structures in international institutions and administrative problems, Franchise agreements application examples, international environment, environmental analysis in international institutions, working environment analysis in international institutions, environmental powers effecting international institutions, marketing activities in international institutions, human resources management in international institutions, managing diversity in international institutions and electronic commerce and its effects on international business.

Define concept, terminology and international environment concepts of international business and use them
Explain differences between international institutions and domestic business over examples
Solve administrative problems confronted by multinational and international institutions
Analyse ways to come into existence in global competition environment by evaluating current economic conditions
Examine environmental powers effecting international institutions after making analysis on economic, financial, political, legal and physical powers and fields
