AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: The course aims to provide a better understanding of the phenomenon of human rights in the historical development process, reveal the interactions between its political, economic, and social dimensions, analyze the problem areas of human rights, national and international control mechanisms.
İçerik: The content of the course covers topics such as state theory in the context of human rights, the classification of human rights and its historical/intellectual background, generations of rights and national/international control mechanisms.

Interpret the development of human rights in the context of the Feudal Era and the Modern State.
Analyze problem areas on Human Rights in accordance with a theoretical framework.
Examine the historical development of the phenomenon of Human Rights in Turkey based on example cases.
Evaluate problem areas related to Human Rights within the framework of International and National Protection Regimes
