AMAÇ VE İÇERİK
Amaç:	Dersin amacı, iş hukuku ve sosyal güvenlik hukuku alanında kavramları açıklama ve öğrenilen bilgileri yorumlama yetisi kazandırmaktır.
İçerik:	Ders kapsamında Yargı kararları ışığında, İşçi, işveren kavramları, iş sözleşmesi, kuruluşu, geçerlilik koşulları, iş sözleşmesinin sona ermesi, işverenin ve işçinin hak ve borçları ve sosyal güvenlik hukuku temel kavramları işlenecektir.

İş ve sosyal güvenlik hukuku alanında edindiği bilgileri hatırlar.(remember)
