AMAÇ VE İÇERİK |
Amaç: |
It is aimed to be able to evaluate the economic function of the derste kam, the efficiency of the public economy in terms of the related politics. |
İçerik: |
In this course, the causes of state activities, public services, public expenditures, introduction to tax theory, tax types (income-wealth and expenditure tax), public debt, international taxation, budget functions, budgeting principles, budget process and budget policy are explained. |
