OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to provide the students with the knowledge and skills to prepare a substructure for scientific knowledge about business life that is asked by private companies in particular and to comment and analyze the implementations in this field
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include the subjects as in the concept of commercial enterprise, transfer and pledge of commercial enterprise, commercial affairs and the provisions they are subject to, commercial jurisdiction commercial partnerships and negotiable instruments and case studies
