OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to provide the students with knowledge and skills about topics such as time value of money, value of bond, value of stock, firm value of the company and leverage to able to trade in financial markets
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include the subjects as in financial cash flow statement, Financial Ratios, Time Value of Money, Bond, Stock, Gordon Model, CAPM Model, Investment Decisions and Capital Structure

Describe basic financial concepts such as cost of representation, sunk cost and Pecking order
Calculate the concept of time value of money
Calculate the asset value with the present value and future value formulas
Distinguish the difference between investment decision models
Analyze the capital structure of enterprises
