OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to educate the manager candidates who can provide professional service in the airline industry, have a good command of the airline management and equipment functions, can organize and manage a team with a professional point of view, communicate effectively, and use management tactics and strategies with analytical thinking in line with technological developments in accordance with corporate culture.
Contents of the Course Unit: The contents of the course include the subjects such as Airline organizational management and departmental information, Leadership theories, Time and conflict management in airline.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Define the organizational management structure and departmental information of the airline
Explain mission, vision and effective communication and perception management techniques in airline management.
Explain the theories of leadership.
Explain airline leading executive personality description, the leadership map and competencies
Define queuing theory and simulation models in airline.
