OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The contents of the course include the subjects such as explaining the business and operation, human resources management's role and responsibilities with sustainability perspective
Contents of the Course Unit: Human resources planning, recruitment, selection, job preparing, employee development, career planning, performance evaluation and pricing.

Explain the role and basic responsibilities of human resources management.
Describe the steps in human resources planning process.
Describe effective staff recruitment steps.
Describe employee selection process, problems in job interviews and ways to correct them.
Explain the purpose and content of the employee handbook.
Explain the purpose of the performance evaluation system and the steps in the evaluation process.
Explain the main payment, premiums and different types of payments as parts of a schedule of salaries.
