OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course is to prepare students for the sector by providing training on image, personal care, protocol rules, etiquette, uniform rules, body language and communication, teamwork and motivation.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of the course includes duties and responsibilities, image, personal care, protocol rules, etiquette, uniform rules, body language and communication, teamwork and motivation of flight personnel.
