OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course to gain knowledge, skills and attitudes about the theory and practice of differential diagnosis tests in Audiology.
Contents of the Course Unit: The role of behavioral tests and objective tests in diagnosis, preservation of hearing health, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of hearing loss in audiology, differential diagnosis tests.

Explains hearing test methods.
Describes the appropriate test methods and test results for the disease.
Explains the correct communication ways with the patient in the test application.
Explains the electrophysiological test methods.
Explains the results of electrophysiological tests.
Explains the tests applied in peripheral and central hearing disorders.
