OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Türk Borçlar Hukukunun temel kavramlarını, borç ilişkilerini ve borcun kaynaklarını (hukukî işlemler, haksız fiiller ve sebepsiz zenginleşme) anlatmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Borçlar Hukukunun Konusu ve Temel Kavramlar, Sözleşmeler, Borcun Kaynakları, Sözleşmenin Kurulması, Sözleşmenin Geçerlilik Şartları, Sözleşmenin Hükümsüzlüğü, Sözleşmede Değişiklik Yapılması, İfa, İfa Çeşitleri, Temsil, Temsil Türleri, Alacaklının ve Borçlunun Temerrüdü, Haksız Fiiller, Haksız Fiilin Koşulları, Hukuka Uygunluk Nedenleri, Zarar Kavramı ve Türleri, Nedensellik Bağı ve Kusur, Sebepsiz Zenginleşme, Borcu Sona Erdiren Durumlar konularını içerir.

Borç ilişkisine dair temel kavramları tanımlar.
Sözleşmelerin kuruluş aşamalarını ve bu sözleşmenin taraflara getirdiği yükümlülükleri analiz eder.
Sözleşmelere hâkim olan prensipleri, sözleşmelerin kuruluşunu kavrar ve sözleşme tiplerini ayırt eder.
Borçların sona erme nedenlerini, temerrütün sonuçlarını somut bir olayda değerlendirir.
Haksız fiil ve sebepsiz zenginleşmenin şartlarını göz önünde bulundurarak somut olaylarda temel çözümlere ulaşır.
