OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı, idare hukuku ve idare yargıya egemen olan ilkeleri ele alarak, idari yargı rejiminin varlığının idari uyuşmazlıkları çözmedeki önemini vurgulamak ve idari yargılama hukukuna ilişkin temel hukuk bilgisi kazandırmaktır.
