Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı, iletişim ilişkisinde paydaş olarak iyi bir dinleyici ve etkili iletişim kurma bilgi, beceri ve yetkinliğine sahip olmasını sağlamaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Bu kursta, kursu alanlara çalışma yaşamlarında etkili iletişim ve ilişki kumaları için dinleme, konuşmaya başlama ve sürdürme, konuşma esnasında konuşma problemlerinin önlenmesi ve tamiri, etkili iletişim kurmada kullanılan bilgi, beceri ve teknikler verilmektedir.
