OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Ticari Ortaklıkların (Şirketlerin) diğer işletmelerden farkını kavratma, 6102 sayılı Yeni Türk Ticaret kanunu ile şirketlere getirilen hususiyetleri tespit etme, günlük hayatta en çok karşılaşılan şirket türü olan Anonim ve Limited Şirketlerin konu kapsamları ve ortak sorumluluklarının ayrıntısıyla ele alınmak suretiyle faaliyetlerinin değerlendirilebilmesi amaçlar.
