OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course is to provide an understanding of the difference of commercial partnership, identification of the characteristics of corporations in relation to Turkish Commercial Law No. 6102, and evaluation of the operations and obligations of joint-stock companies and limited liability companies.
Contents of the Course Unit: This course includes study of the concept of corporation, classification of commercial partnerships, simple partnership, unlimited liability partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company and joint-stock company.
