OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Dersin amacı; öğrencilere, beden eğitimi ve sporun tarihsel sürecini anlatabilecek ve beden eğitimi ve spor disiplini ile ilgili süreçlerin kültürler arası farklılıklara dayanan toplumsal etkilerini yorumlayabilecek bilgiyi kazandırmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit: Dersin içeriği; Oyun, beden eğitimi ve spor kavramları, farklı toplumlarda hareket ve kültür, 19. yüzyıl modern sporlar ve toplumsal etkileri, Antik Olimpiyatlar ve Modern Olimpiyat Oyunları ve Türkiye’de sporun tarihi gelişimi konularını kapsamaktadır.

Beden eğitimi, spor ve oyun kavramlarını açıklar ve bu kavramları yerine hareket kültürü ile bağlantısını kurarak tartışır.
Eski uygarlıkların hareket kültürünü anlatır (tell) ve aralarındaki farkları yorumlar.
Toplumsal özelliklerin ve toplumsal farklılıkların, geleneksel ve modern sporların gelişim süreci ile olan ilişkisini açıklar.
Antik ve Modern Olimpiyat Oyunlarının özelliklerini ve gelişim sürecini anlatır.
Beden eğitimi ve spor disiplini ile ilgili süreçlerin toplumsal etkilerini açıklar ve yorumlar
