OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	6102 sayılı Yeni Türk Ticaret Kanunu çerçevesinde ticari iş, ticari işletme, tacirin yükümlülükleri, ticari ortaklıklar ve kıymetli evrak hukuku temel olarak anlatılarak öğrencinin tacirler arasındaki ilişkiyi kavraması, ticaret hukukuna dair karşısına çıkan bir olayda temel çözümler getirmeyi amaçlar.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Ticari işletme hukukuna giriş ve tarihçe, ticari iş ve işletmenin tanımı ve unsurları, tacir sıfatı ve tacir olmanın hükümleri ( Gerçek kişilerin tacir sıfatı ve Tüzel kişilerin tacir sıfatı), bağımlı tacir yardımcıları, bağımsız tacir yardımcıları, haksız rekabet ve hükümleri Haksız rekabet halinde açılacak davalar Aldatıcı reklam Tüketicinin aldatıcı reklama karşı başvurabileceği yollar, şirketin tanımı, unsurları ve ortaklıkların sınıflandırılması, adi şirket, kollektif şirket, komandit şirket özellikleri, anonim şirket ve limited şirket özellikleri, kıymetli evrakın hükümleri, kıymetli evrak hukukunda geçerli temel ilkeler, hak ve senet birlikteliği, poliçe, bono tanımı ve unsurları, çek tanımı ve unsurlarını içerir.
