OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | It is aimed to teach the diversity of living things, the structural and functional properties of cells and tissues, their evolution, heredity in living things, biochemical events in living things, the relationship of living things with each other and the inanimate environment, and the biological systems existing in nature. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Basic components of life, organelles formed by atom, molecule, macromolecule, macromolecule complexes and the basic structure of the cell, plant and animal cells according to their structure and functions, energy production in the cell, photosynthesis, cell respiration, cell division, gene, chromosome, genome concepts are examined. |
