OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin amacı öğrencilerin üst yönetim bakış açısıyla strateji geliştirme yetenek ve bilgilerini geliştirmek ve stratejik yönetim sürecinde işletmelerin iç ve dış çevresini analiz etme konusunda öğrenciyi yetkin kılmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği, Stratejik Yönetim Süreci ve Unsurları, Dış Çevre ve İşletme Analizi, Stratejik Yönlendirme, Strateji Belirleme, Strateji Türleri, Stratejilerin Uygulanması ve Stratejik Değerleme konularından oluşmaktadır.
