OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı, Üretim yönetimi alanındaki temel kavramları ve başlıca karar konularını ortaya koymak, uygun çözüm aralıklarını göstermek; Üretim/işlemler yönetimindeki başlıca yöntem ve araçları tanıtmak, bir mamulü elde mevcut kaynakları en ekonomik şekilde kullanarak istenilen miktar, kalite ve zaman koşullarına uygun en düşük fiyatla üretmenin ne şekilde yapılabileceğini ifade etmektir.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği, Üretim yönetiminin temel kavramlarının, üretim sistemlerinin öğrenilmesinin yanında verimliliğin anlaşılması. Mamul tasarımı nasıl yapılır, talebi nasıl tahmin ederiz ile teknoloji seçiminde nelere dikkat etmeliyiz vb. üretim safhalarının incelenmesi ve yorumlanmasının yapılmasıdır.
