| Objectives of the Course Unit: | Bu dersin amacı öğrencilerin kent kuramlarına dair bilgi edinmesi, kenti klasik ve çağdaş düşünceler üzerinden değerlendirebilmesidir. |
| Contents of the Course Unit: | Bu dersin içeriği; kentsel uygarlıkların kökeni, çağdaş kent sosyolojisi, kent kavramı, Chicago okulu, çağdaş kent kuramları, göç kavramı ve kuramları, yerel yönetimler, küresel kentler, Türkiye'de kentleşme, Türkiye’de kentleşme ve kentsel dönüşüm, kent ve sanat, kent ve mimari konuları üzerine yoğunlaşmakta ve bunu görsel materyallerle zenginleştirmektedir. |
