OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	6102 sayılı Yeni Türk Ticaret Kanunu çerçevesinde ticari iş, ticari işletme, tacirin yükümlülükleri, haksız rekabet halleri ve aldatıcı reklamlar temel olarak anlatılarak öğrencinin tacirler arasındaki ilişkiyi kavraması, gündelik hayatta yaygın olan "ticari işletme-esnaf-şirket" arasındaki hukuksal farkı kavraması, ticaret hukukuna dair karşısına çıkan bir olayda temel çözümler getirmesi, bunun yanında serbest piyasa koşullarında ticari faaliyetlerini sürdüren işletme veya ortaklıklar arasındaki rekabetlerin hukuki açıdan değerlendirilebilmesi amaçlar.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Ticaret hukuku ile ilgili kavramsal analiz, İşletme Kavramı, çeşitleri, Bir işletme çeşidi olarak "Ticari işletme" , Tanımı ve Unsurları, Ticari işletmenin devri ve Ticari İşletmenin Rehni, Ticari İş kavramı, tabi olduğu hükümler ve Ticari hükümlerin uygulanma sırası, Cari hesap sözleşmesi, işleyişi, hükümleri, sona ermesi, Ticari davalar --Mutlak ticari dava --Nispi Ticari davalar, Tacir sıfatı, Tacir olmanın Getirdiği Yükümlülükler, Ticari defterler ve tacirin defter tutma yükümlülüğünün kapsamı, Bağımlı Tacir Yardımcıları, Bağımsız Tacir Yardımcıları, Ticaret unvanı marka türleri, Haksız rekabet Halleri ve bu sebeple açılabilecek hukuk davaları, Kambiyo senetleri ve devir hallerini içerir.
