OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Dersin amacı; öğrencilere, motorik özellikleri ve sportif beceriyi ölçmek için kullanılan performans testlerini uygulama ve testler sonucunda elde edilen verileri yorumlama bilgi ve becerisi kazandırmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit: Dersin içeriği; sportif performansa ilişkin temel kavramlar, aerobik uygunluk testleri, anaerobik uygunluk testleri, kassal kuvvet testleri, vücut kompozisyonu testleri, esneklik testleri, çeviklik testleri, hız testleri, denge testleri, reaksiyon zamanı testleri, beceri testleri, test sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesi, sportif performans testleri, sonuçları etkileyen faktörler ve testin durdurulması gerektiren durumlar bireysel ve takım sporlarında uygulanan performans testleri, branşlara özgü test protokolleri, testin güvenilirliği ve geçerliliği konularını kapsamaktadır.

Bireysel ve takım sporlarında sportif performansı belirlemek için uygulanan testlerin ölçüm protokollerini açıklar.
Motorik özellikleri ve sportif beceriyi ölçmek için kullanılan performans testlerini uygular
Sportif performans testleri sonucunda elde edilen verileri yorumlar.
