OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Dersin amacı; öğrencilere, farklı cinsiyet ve yaş guruplarına yönelik mikro ve makro antrenman planı hazırlamaya ilişkin bilgi kazandırmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit: Dersin içeriği; Antrenman çeşitleri, fonksiyonel antrenman çeşitleri, fasial antrenman modeli, myofasial antrenman modeli, myofasial egzersiz seçimi, performansı belirlemek için kullanılan test çeşitleri, teknik taktik çalışmalarında kullanılacak bilgi ve beceriler, motorik özellikleri geliştirici antrenman modelleri, farklı cinsiyet ve yaş grupları için mikro ve makro antrenman planlamaları konularını kapsamaktadır.

1.Antrenman modellerine ilişkin temel kavramları tanımlar.
2.Fonksiyonel antrenman modellerini açıklar.
3.Performans test protokollerini açıklar ve test sonuçlarını analiz eder.
4.Motorik özellikleri geliştirmek amacıyla hazırlanan antrenman modellerini inceler ve içeriğin uygunluğunu değerlendirir.
5.Farklı cinsiyet ve yaş guruplarına yönelik antrenman planı hazırlar.
