OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Dersin amacı; öğrencilere, antrenman ilke ve yöntemlerine uygun olarak, motorik özellikleri geliştirmeye yönelik genel antrenman programı hazırlayabilecek bilgiyi kazandırmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit: Dersin içeriği; antrenman tanım, amaçları, temel kavramları, sportif verim ve sportif verim bileşenleri, Antrenman planlama ilkeleri, Sportif performans test ve yöntemleri, Spor yaralanmaları ve toparlanma, Motorik özellikleri geliştirmeye yönelik uzun süreli, yıllık, aylık, günlük planlama ve periyotlama prensipleri konularını kapsamaktadır.

Haftalık, aylık ve yıllık olarak planlanan antrenman programlarının performans üzerindeki etkilerini yorumlar ve sonuçlarını değerlendirir.
Motorik özellikleri geliştirmeye yönelik genel antrenman programı hazırlar.
