From this point of view, the department aims to increase the number of architects specializing in public and private institutions by providing graduates who are sensitive to cultural values, equipped by international standards, compatible with interdisciplinary teamwork, and entrepreneurial and managerial qualified. In addition to the experience that students will gain in architectural design and related fields with the design workshops to be opened, it is aimed to gain competence for certain functions in professional practice. It is aimed that students will encounter different design approaches that develop based on the knowledge and equipment of very different areas of expertise in architecture. It is aimed to develop students' awareness of their roles in the architectural profession and to take an ethical stance on the problems of architecture.

Students who have graduated from the architecture departments of universities and enrolled in a master's program have the right to horizontal transfer. In addition, graduates of Interior Architecture, Interior Architecture and Environmental Design, Civil Engineering, City and Regional Planning, and Landscape Architecture are granted the right to horizontal transfer if the Scientific Preparation conditions are completed.
