OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | It is the teaching of work to eliminate stressful situations that threaten the unexpected and unpredictable present situation in enterprises. The aim of the Crisis Management course is to focus on what kind of measures will be implemented in the crisis environment and what needs to be done to eliminate the current crisis. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | It focused on developing strategy in a proactive and reactive context in possible crisis situations. |
