OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: It is to introduce the basic concepts of data, information, documents, documents, medical documents and documentation to the student, and to make them comprehend the definition, architectural features and organizational structures of archives in health institutions, which are professional practice areas.
Contents of the Course Unit: The scope of this course; It consists of medical documents and the history of medical documentation, related concepts, basic features of the documents, scope, importance, main users, creation of records, submission to service, patient files archive, indexes used in archives, organizational models and e-health program.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)
