OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to provide the students with the knowledge and skills to prepare a substructure for having scientific knowledge required by obligations law and to comment and analyze the implementations in this field
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents Of The Course Include The Subjects As In General Concepts of Obligations Law, Arising of Debt; The Arising Sources of Debt Relations (Debts Arising From Legal Proceeds, Debts Arising Directly From The Law, Debts Arising From Unjust Enrichment), Performance of Debts And Non-Fulfillment of Performance, Special Circumstances In Debt Relations, Reasons That Terminate The Debt

Describe the drawing up of the contract with concepts of offer and acceptance
Define the conditions of responsibility arising from tort
Explain arising of debts, concept of agreement, ending of debts, rights and obligations of debtor and creditor
Explain how to use the knowledge of obligations law in social life with concrete examples
