Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to educate the manager candidates who can provide professional service in the airline industry, have a good command of the airline management and equipment functions, can organize and manage a team with a professional point of view, communicate effectively, and use management tactics and strategies with analytical thinking in line with technological developments in accordance with corporate culture. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | The contents of the course include the subjects such as Airline organizational management and departmental information, Leadership theories, Time and conflict management in airline. |
