OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to give the students the ability to explain the concepts in the field of labor law and social security law and the ability to interpret the knowledge gained. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | The contents of the course include, in the light of judicial decisions, the subjects such as employee and employer concepts; employment contract, drawing up and validity conditions; termination of employment contract; the rights and obligations of the employer and the employee and basic concepts of social security law. |
