OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course explores leadership behavior through various leadership theories and approaches. Students will analyze real-world leadership cases, develop critical thinking skills, and apply leadership concepts in practical scenarios. The course will emphasize understanding different leadership styles, decision-making, and the impact of leadership on organizational outcomes.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include the subjects such as Leadership concept, differences between leadership and management, characteristics of effective leaders, behavioral leadership approaches, situational leadership approaches and contemporary leadership approaches..
