Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to provide the student with knowledge about the basic concepts and administrations of civil law and their application to concrete cases of abstract law. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Basic concepts of civil law, legal capacity, legal capacity to act, marriage, death, personality, legal entities, foundations and associations constitute the content of this course. |
