OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to enable the student to evaluate the economic performance of a country with basic indicators.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include the subjects such as Basic Economic Indicators, National Income, Economic Growth and Employment, Development Indicators, Balance of Payments and Current Deficit, Internal and External Debt / Public and Private Sector Debt.

Explain the economic problems faced by the economy. (2)
