OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to introduce the historical development of lobbying, concepts of lobbying, lobbying activities, public relations practices in lobbying activities
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include the subjects as in definition of lobbying, explanation of lobbying activities, discussion of lobbying as a form of political communication, sampling of public relations practices in lobbying.

List at least 3 features of the lobbying
Explain at least 4 of the tools used in lobbying
Classify the methods and forms of lobbying practices as a public relations practice
Evaluate the public relations practices as a lobbying tool through the samples
Evaluate the relations between public relations and politics with a critical perspective
