OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Öğrencilerin yer hizmetleri kavramı ve yer hizmetleri kuruluşlarında yönetim ve organizasyonun nasıl gerçekleştiğine dair bilgi sahibi olmalarını sağlamak. Yer hizmetlerinin alt dalları olan; temsil, yolcu hizmetleri, yük kontrolü ve haberleşme, ramp, kargo ve posta, uçak hat bakım, uçuş operasyon, ulaşım, ikram servis, gözetim ve yönetim ile özel güvenlik hizmetlerini tanıtmak.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği; yer hizmetleri kavramı, yer hizmetleri sunum süreçleri, yer hizmetleri kuruluşları, yer hizmeti kuruluşlarındaki yönetim ve organizasyon yapısı, yer hizmetlerinde kullanılan ekipmanlar ve gerek yolculara gerekse havayolu firmalarına sunulan yer hizmet türlerinin ayrıntılı şekilde incelenmesinden oluşmaktadır.
