OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı öğrenciye beden ve iktidar teorilerinin gündelik hayattaki bir karşılığı olarak toplumsal cinsiyet çalışmalarını tanıtmak ve öğrencide toplumsal cinsiyete ait bir farkındalık yaratmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriğini toplumsal cinsiyete ait genel kavramlar,tartışmalar, feminist literatür ve bu teoriler çerçevesinde medya ürünlerinin analizi oluşturmaktadır.

Toplumsal cinsiyet teorilerini tanıyabilir ve toplumsal cinsiyet çalışmalarına örnekler verebilir.

İzlediği filmi toplumsal cinsiyet teorileri perspektifi ile yorumlayabilir.
Medyada yer alan görüntüleri ve içerikleri kurdukları dil bağlamında değerlendirerek toplumsal cinsiyete ait hassaslıklar çerçevesinde analiz edebilir.
Toplumsal cinsiyet stereotiplerini açıklar ve medya içerikleri üzerinden örneklendirebilir.
