Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to provide examination of the concept of bureaucracy and its theories and the development process of public bureaucracy in Turkey. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include the subjects such as the concept of Bureaucracy, theoretic approaches, the relationship between the state and bureaucracy, the development of bureaucracy and its relationship with politics in Turkey. |
